Today, I am going to write an article using English. This is not for only for international visitors, please do not feel burden to read this article!
Here we go! 
As of the Gunkanjima, there are many of people wants to visit and they will come to see inside Island. Most of international people, they have got impressive of Movie; 007 Sky fall(2012). This Island is one of the background of movie, so people wants to see it. On 2009, the English Staffs were visit and they have got special permission from Nagasaki City, and they took a photo of Building NO 65. At that time, over 1,500 people has been lived there, and it is biggest concrete apartment in Hashima Island.
We also prepare to greeting by international visitors for providing multi language; English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. We are able to provide to guide service speaks to those languages. As of today's morning tour, lots of visitors came to see Gunkanjima Island, so we provided English service during 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Firstly, we provide small knowledge of Hashima after finish reception. International people watching 7minutes video clip, and English speakers explain the background of Island at the lounge. Additionally, English Guide will giving notification of terms of safety.
Basically, from Tokiwa Terminal to Hashima is takes 30 minutes by ship. While on a visit to Island, we will notice to passing many of places such as lots of Island, shipyards of Mitsubishi. It means, it never boring before we arrive at Island.
As of the morning tour, our vessel will go around the Island, due to some places we could not enter for safety reason. Most of our international people take lots of photos during that period. Some of people keep asking about the places, we will definitely concierge for our visitors!
When we arrive the Island, we are going to 3 spots of observation area and spending 50minutes. Our English-speaking guide will escort international visitors, providing historical things of Hashima.

Communicate, communicate, communicate! First-time visitors are usually feel thirsty about Hashima Tour. We already noticed about it! Most of staffs are trying to speak English. Good, thorough communication is key!

After we finished tour, our staff asking about your opinions about 2 hours and 20 minutes tour. It means, we have to keep studying about customer's satisfaction. During the tour, if you have any opinions about good things or uncomfortable things, please let our staffs know. We are always trying to develop how better to serve.
Our staffs are always keep on our eyes out of you. If you have any plans to visit in Japan, please come to Nagasaki and have a look Hashima Tour. Nowadays, Japanese government and some of Non-profit Organization are wishing to be a World Heritage of this Island. From 2009, Hashima is potential list of World Heritage, and they are expect about it. That's why people who lives all around the world, wants to visit here and enjoying their time.
